Customer Support

Are you that dedicated, empathetic person to join our team in a crucial role as customer service representative as we launch and scale our business? You will be integral to building the customer support function from the ground up. You will work closely with the tech, operations and marketing teams to ensure a clear, seamless onboarding experience for new customers and effective, enjoyable ongoing customer support service.

 

Key skills:

  • Strong motivation to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Customer service within financial services or other regulated industry
  • Great communication, taking pride in clear, concise and helpful communication
  • Great organising mind and ability to multi-task to help the team launch the CS function
  • Enthusiasm to tackle the every-day challenges at a start-up

Preferred skills:

  • A passion for fintech and investment products and a desire to learn more
  • Zendesk / customer support applications preferred
